Terms and conditions for using this website and our services.

Know what to expect before you decide. We confirm the protection available for your vehicle in writing.

12 months

Commercial warranty

Where confirmed in writing for the individual vehicle, our 12-month warranty can cover core mechanical and electrical components. Approved repairs are handled under the agreed warranty terms.

14 days

Voluntary return option

Eligible vehicles include a 14-day voluntary return option. Before you commit, ask us to confirm eligibility, the start of the period, return transport, mileage conditions and refund arrangements in writing.

Coverage and conditions

Covered components

Engine and internal components; manual and automatic transmission; drivetrain and differential; steering mechanism; core brake-system components; core suspension components; electrical system; fuel injection system; cooling system; air-conditioning compressor; starter and alternator.

Commercial warranty exclusions

Wear items, including brake pads, brake discs and clutch; tyres, wipers, bulbs and filters; cosmetic defects and normal wear; damage caused by improper use or modifications; accident or third-party damage; consumables, including oil, fluids and coolant. These commercial warranty exclusions do not restrict mandatory statutory claims.

Warranty enquiries and repair invoices

For a warranty enquiry, provide the vehicle VIN, current mileage and a description of the fault. Keep diagnostic findings, the written repair-cost approval and an itemised repair invoice for the claim.

Terms & Conditions

Pre-Order & Conditional Sale

  • This order constitutes a pre-order and conditional vehicle sale agreement.
  • Final acceptance of the vehicle shall occur upon delivery and inspection by the Buyer.

Vehicle Inspection

Inspection Upon Delivery

  • The Buyer must inspect the vehicle upon delivery.
  • Any material discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Transport & Delivery

International Vehicle Transport

  • The Buyer acknowledges that the vehicle may be transported internationally.
  • Minor transport-related delays or non-material deviations shall not constitute a breach of contract or grounds for cancellation.

Ownership of Vehicle

Retention of Ownership

  • Ownership of the vehicle remains with MS. Auto ApS until full payment has been received and cleared.

Buyer Responsibilities

  • Customs duties
  • Insurance in the destination country

Payment Processing

Authorized Payment Handling

  • Payments may be processed through authorized international banking partners or designated company representatives approved by MS. Auto ApS.

Warranty & Liability

Limitation of Liability

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the vehicle is sold without additional warranties beyond mandatory rights under Danish and European consumer protection laws.
  • MS. Auto ApS shall not be liable for:
  • Loss of use
  • Transport expenses
  • Lost profits
  • Third-party claims
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Applicable Law

Jurisdiction

  • All transactions and agreements are governed by the laws of Denmark.
  • Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Danish courts unless mandatory consumer legislation provides otherwise.
